We don't have no pricy Fisher's shoppin; And we ain't got no fancy big ole stores, We're not like Miami in the summer, With miles and miles of crowded sandy shores. I'm proud to be a Redneck from Ole Elwood, We like livin' here with rain and snow, There's Tornadoes bringin' dust way in from Kansas And wind so strong it makes your shingles blow. We got Tractors plowin' fields at springtime; Fields of corn is mostly what we sow, So drive on down to any part of Elwood, And you kin almost stop and watch it grow. I'm proud to be a Redneck from Ole Elwood, It's not a place where Rich folks want to thrive We don't have no Corvette-Maserati's Pickup Trucks is mainly what we drive.
